February is National Spay/Neuter month and the Cook County Department of Animal & Rabies Control will be offering a rebate for spay/neuter costs to help solve our country’s pet overpopulation problem.

Participating veterinarians will receive a $40 rebate for any dog, cat or ferret spayed/neutered during February; this rebate will be passed along to the customer.
